Domaine Bachey-Legros under the stewardship of Christiane Bachey since 1993 and now with increasing responsibility from her two sons, Lénaïc and Samuel, has vineyards both in Santenay and Chassagne-Montrachet.
The Bachey Legros, Santenay 'Les Charmes' Vieilles Vignes Rouge 2008 fits the bill literally in our quest for good value Burgundy. Charming sweet and sour fruit, cherry and strawberry with plenty of poise and balance.
